Talking of Caprice & crown vics ... there's only been one Caprice on Chips (..so far) ...a 1972 wagon (and this is the only 1972 caprice wagon listed.!...so NOT common.!) ...and NO crown vic's.!! |

It's a Gerlinger Straddle Carrier, from Salem, Oregon. They're for carrying lumber. http://gerlingercarrier.com/history.htm Sort of along the forklift idea, except it picks up bundles of boards or plywood much in the way you pick up a kitty. -- Last edit: 2006-09-07 14:14:01 |
