Is the 1959 Ford Consul Deluxe MkII in this image (1) the car (taxi) that predominates almost the entirety of the image or (2) the car that only the offside rear wing is visible in the right of the image, 1 or 2?

It has the word “Consul” written on it.

My question refers to this image and not the main image and I cannot see the word Consul written on either of the two cars in the image

^ Foreground definite 59+ Consul, not enough visible of background in right edge to ID - may be Popular/Anglia 100E or perhaps as long shot mid-50s BMC such as A55 Cambridge Mk1.

The point is that this database is a record of identification of the main image. If you want to throw in blurry minute images afterwards to try to score points, you may be a) inviting that sort of answer, and b) showing yourself in your true light.

There is no ulterior agenda to "score points" as you put it, the point is my true light is I was simply asking a clarification question about a "blurry minute image", as you put it, that Lateef and not me submitted afterwards (see above).

There are two candidate vehicles in the "blurry minute image" and the main car in the image does not appear in my lay view to be a Consul, hence my request for clarification, which dsl had since helpfully clarified.
