A bit over-tyred. Could be a late S2a with thinner sills or S3.

The consensus of respondents of the Facebook post below suggest the pictured Land Rover is not a Series III and it more likely to be a Series II or an early Series IIa

OK - agree now it's not a headlights-in-wings example which removes late S2a (April 69+) or S3. I also think we haven't seen this particular one clearly in any other posted picture (although it could be lurking somewhere in comments on other pages, perhaps one of the blurry ones) - it has unusually over-sized tyres and brackets for an attachment on the bumper (possibly for PTO winch?) and the bumper is set further forward than normal. It looks like it's been modified for serious farm use, possibly by ticking boxes on the Land Rover order form, home-made tweakery, or both.

The usual/easiest way of splitting S2 from early-mid S2a is the sill thickness - early-mid S2a had unique thick sills which I don't think I see here (but it's a very dark underside so can't tell for certain); other 60s-70s phases all had thin sills. So S2 a strong contender; however there's a slight possibility of a late S2a before the headlights-in-wings facelift, as the usual 60s-70s thin sill format was refitted as a running change a few months before the facelift, possibly from Dec 68, creating a thin-sill transition version for a few months.

As it's a 3[*] are there more captures which you can post?? I'll switch it to S2 in the interim.

Two different Land Rovers were used for the Land Rover in the episode because the Land Rover was involved in a minor road traffic collision.

I don't think this Land Rover appeared in any other scenes during the episode.

Two main characters and two uncredited characters (children) of the episode got into the Land Rover during the scene, so up to you whether it is 3[*] or 2[*].

I have submitted the other Land Rover as a separate entry here: www.imcdb.org/vehicle_1822925-Fake-plate.html
