dsl ◊ 2023-07-23 02:58	RPU 991K was Feb 72 Essex plate, 2 months before launch = pre-production. Has the rectangular GB plate Ford fitted to several PR cars in the 70s - maybe used on a foreign press launch?? Not sure what the extra boot badge is - Consuls were only plain, L and GT.
