Is this a US scene? The background in the first thumbnail doesn't look like the US. If it is a US model, the Kamm tail arrived for the 1971MY. In Europe, it was released in 1970. Date of the movie should make it a 1750SV. |

I think the scenes with this Alfa are mostly filmed in Italy (every other car in not with US specifications and the Renault 6 has got the italian rear plate compartment). At the time a US resident (and many US Army officials did so) could buy in Italy a Fiat, an Alfa or another European car with US speficications. My father sold Fiats at the time near a N.A.T.O. base in Sicily and had many American customers serving there who bought Fiats with USA specification in order to take them home after finishing their duty in Italy. Near the basis there were US production cars along with many Fiat, VW, Opel, Renault and other makes for USA. |

This scene is set (and apparently filmed) in Rome, Italy. |

The car is filmed in Italy but it has US sidemarkers. |
