Yes, Dodge used the single taillights in 1970, then the double ones for 1971-73. The Scamp used the singles 1971-73. Looking at the colors, I think this matches the 1970 Dodge Cream, which is a yellowy-beige. The Banana color is too bright. 1971 Scamp yellow colors are Curious Yellow and Bahama Yellow. Curious looks too bright and Bahama looks too orange. 1972 Scamp yellow include Lemon Twist and Honeydew. The Lemon Twist looks too bright and Honeydew looks too dark beige.
