(Side note: the LAPD did not purchase the Caprice from 1989 until 1994, as they bought the LTD Crown Victoria in 1990-1991) Incorrect, look at the third thumbnail, these have oversized rear swaybars, they are 9C1's, they are not real LAPD cars, but they are still police package models, just because a Dept didn't necessarily purchase something in real life, doesn't mean a movie depiction of it would be a non police package.
