 Why the loudspeaker or siren?? Unusual bodywork?? Weird ice-cream van?? I don't think it's got the usual sidelight position, but unsure if that means anything useful??

 Went back and checked the episode, it's an ice-cream van of some kind. The bodywork doesn't look like any of the examples I can find of similar vans online.

 Ogden's ice cream?? I used to enjoy their Nut Gone Flake - it was all too beautiful.
