Googling for J4s in Portugal throws up a few assorted examples, possibly more Austins than Morris or BMC. Can't precisely confirm local J4 assembly, but BMC CKD production started in 1963 "The association thus established provides for full-scale technical assistance which will enable the use of certain Portuguese-made components to assist in the development of national industry This new plant will provide capacity for around 600 vehicles a month. Production of commercial vehicles is expected to start mid-year and of passenger cars by the year-end and initially employment will be giver to about 200 persons." from here.
