Stock footage of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, intersection of Broad Street (digitally changed to Main Street here) and Beaver Street. The building on the corner was built in 1846: https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/503-505-Broad-St-Sewickley-PA/4267925/ Sewickley is not in the Blue Ridge.
