Had been entered as 1991 Mini 1.0, but everything looks like Mini Cooper with 1996+ Sports Pack. And tacky stripes. |

According to the VIN decode this should be a 1991 Mayfair later customizeed as a Cooper Sports Pack  @dsl could this be a possibility? |

^ if so, they've done a thorough job, not a casual make-over. The only thing is the mirrors have been replaced with earlier bullets, but they're wrong for both 91 and 96. However they came back as retro options in 98 along with white sidelights, so it could be newer than 96. Nothing visible says 91 to me. |
