The pictured example has a larger/deeper footstep which might be an indication, however there is one like this listed as Latil: /vehicle_1612119-Latil-H14-1952.html Still, based on the pictures found online, Saviem-LRS version might be closer in terms of this detail (larger footstep that's closer to the doors). indeed, it looks like a Latil H14, we seem to see the Latil plate above the grille
