Just because it is right hand drive does not necessarily mean it is from Canada. There were plenty of right hand drive Buicks built in Flint for export. All of the Buicks imported to New Zealand pre WW2 by GMNZ came from Flint. |

Yes and no. Buick called it a Convertible Phaeton for the 1933-1937 and 1941 model years. For the 1938-1940 model years this body style was known as the Sport Phaeton. |
