For some reazon. I thought it was the same Monster Truck from ''Monster Man (2003)''. |

Two were built specifically for the movie. After filming, one of them was given a Peterbilt truck cab and toured the monster truck circuit as "Super Pete." |

"Super Pete", as mentioned by Skid earlier on, was built by Mike Welch and apparently was a bit of a Divine character - very unlike the role it played in the movie. Just like Divine, the Monster Truck is no longer with us. Here's a picture from 1987 (aka. the year the movie was released), haters will say it's fake:![]() |

There's one difference between the two trucks built for the movie that's just barely noticeable. While they both had the same size tires, one of them had slightly bigger wheels/rims, this being the truck in the main pic. The second truck had wheels more similar in size to the ones on Super Pete in the pic provided by AnimatronixX above. |
