Gamer ◊ 2022-02-21 16:07	I think they're the regular blue plates, they're just very dark due to the fuzzy quality. A foreigner plate would usually have an HK plate above it. The code is impossible to make out but it looks more like 沪 for Shanghai than 京 for Beijing.

yjq20090907 ◊ 2023-07-18 23:24	Some more info about the Alfa. It’s owner is not a foreigner,his name is Zou shuo(邹硕),no info about this guy,this one is one of his two 75s. P.S.:Alfa has already brought its 164 in 1994,and some 156 and 166 were sold in the early 2000s.
