I updated this picture with a similar one, only difference is that a second 245 is seen to the left. That one have North American headlights but on the main one can't any "Made for: USA"-features be seen. |

Were headrests standard on all 240s, or did they start equipping cars with them at some point? |

Inside rearview mirror is missing also. It's commonplace for mirrors and headrests to be removed to eliminate visual clutter and sightline obstructions from interior shots. |
