The badge indeed seems to say Mathis and there are indeed plenty of them for some reasons. I remembered that some brand had such grille/badge, but to be honest I thought that what wee see here is conicidence and this badge is in fact logo of some automobil club, league of propagation of automobilism or something like that .gif ";)") The footage clearly is from some event/rally in Warsaw.
