It's a Ford, not a Fordson. Fordson branding on Ford of Britain van & truck range began only in 1933. |

Thank you ManuelB. .gif ":)") Agreed, a brief investigation shows the change in September 1932 for the new Fordson 2-tonner replacing the old Ford 2-Ton truck. CM Archive 2nd September 1932. "Known as the 2-ton Fordson, an entirely new model has been added to the Ford range of commercial vehicles. It differs from the familiar Ford 2-tonner in many respects, chief of which are its more substantial construction generally and that it has the new type of engine which, although of the same dimensions as that hitherto used, develops 50 b.h.p. at 2,800 r.p.m." |
