From what I can see it´s a 1985+ S&S Victoria or a Superior Sovereign built from the Cadillac 6CZ90 commercial body package (which means it was originally a Coupe de Ville). From what I can see it´s a 1985+ S&S Victoria or a Superior Sovereign built from the Cadillac 6CZ90 commercial body package (which means it was originally a Coupe de Ville).

Edit: Due to the little step below the sail panel I'd say we have the Victoria here.
