Was there really models sold as Rabbit in France? I though that these were just special series or added badges. |

Only available for a few months in France, it's a 1984 model year Golf Rabbit GTI. It also had a badge with the silhouette of a running rabbit in the front grille near the GTI one. The Golf Rabbit was a sort of limited edition that VW created to sell the last Golf I when the Golf II was already known. |
