Not the Coupé; that was a fastback, didn't have a boot/trunk. This is a 2-door sedan, I think Granada but I'm not sure either. |

Although the Consul/Granada range was launched in March 1972, this 2-door version was only introduced one year later. It was not very common, because not all the countries imported it. By what is possible to see of its trim, I think it seems to be a Consul, but perhaps DAF555 could help with the specificities of the Swedish market. |

As I recall the Consuls sold here, 1973-75, were very basic with the smaller hubcaps instead of these wheelcovers. This one looks basic enough and it´s hard to determine from this picture if it has got the sidetrim mounted on the Granada. But I think it´s a 1976-77 Granada 2000, they had these wheelcovers as standard equipment if I remember correctly. This 2-door version was popular in Sweden, more common than the fastback. |
