SMT?

Scottish Motor Traction?

I thought it looked different from the normal Mulliner thing.

The PSV Circle history of the type describes the Mulliner bodies as 'utlity' and the SMT version as 'relaxed utility'.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Walter_Alexander_Coachbuilders describes the relationship between Walter Alexander and SMT.
