One of those do-we-or-don't-we-allow-these wagons. It's a 2[*], and has a registration, so it should be self-powered. So does the milkie drive it on board, or make it trundle while walking alongside??

Lewis Electruk pedestrian controlled milk float.

Work it out for yourselves. It travels towards the camera, the walking stick shaped control handle being just visible if you look carefully. The GPO had similar vehicles, mainly in big cities.
