The production company of the Batman TV series also produced the Green Hornet program during the same era. The Green Hornet featured another 1966 Imperial, the heavily modified Black Beauty, based off of a four-door hardtop.

Amazing that Chryslers and Imperials kept those panoramic windshields until 1966. Almost everyone else got rid of them a few years earlier.

That's one of the reasons I like them.
The Cadillac series 75 kept them through 1965.

What was wrong with panoramic windshields?

Nothing from my viewpoint.

Some claimed image distortion through the curved glass but the ones I have dealt with don't seem to show much.

Also, the "dogleg" formed by the window intrusion into the door opening somewhat inhibited easy entry.
