Typical coachbuilders of the "who needs a sense of style - all we want is size and gigantism" category often carry such humble names like Pinnacle Limousine Manufacturing, Legendary Motorcars & Coachworks or Quality Coachworks - and I think that speaks volumes! Maybe one of them built that thing above, maybe it was someone else. Excuse me while I accept the Not-My-Job award.
