Galaxieman ◊ 2009-01-07 09:57	In the movie 'Bullitt' a '67 Custom police car is doing the same thing. Maybe police cars, when the high beams were on, turned off the top low beam lamps so they could be available for flashing when they hit the lights and siren. Just a thought.
