Did Crown Vics come with sunroofs? I don’t recall ever seeing one with a sunroof? |

They did if they were LX Sports. Which I think this one is. LX Sports were rare. |

Is that the trunk release found on 2000+ models? Also it appears to have the 1998-2002 steelies. I assume the mixed parts due to the honeycomb grille and wrong alloys if this is truly an LX. -- Last edit: 2018-04-11 13:30:05 |

Clock was deleted in 01. Police models had the trunk button where the clock was. Trunk release button was next to the fuel door button on the drivers door panel. Steel rims are a direct bolt on regardless of the model of the car. Mixed parts indeed. This is I believe 1998 to 2000 Crown Vic LX sport. 1999 had the amber reflector in the tail lights for the signals. |

Is that even a factory sunroof? Looks more like a aftermarket one (kinda small, ain't it?) not to mention it seems that Rick popped it out and I think LX Sports had retractable sunroofs, not removable ones you could pop outward. Can't see a trunk release on the underside of the trunk lid either, so 1998-1999 LX [P74]. |
