Badge looks more like Sovereign than Vanden Plas, Canada seemingly received that version from the start unlike the US. Quad lamps would seem a bit odd but might be a consequence of the NA market rules on lighting, in the US certainly the fishtank lights didn't seem to appear on any version until 1990.
