By 1932 Harry Hartz was a team owner, not a driver. His driver Billy Arnold won the 1930 Indy 500 in a modified 1927 Miller and his driver Fred Frame won the 1932 Indy 500 also in a Miller. The car in this pic is a front wheel drive Miller bit which one I don't know. |
