well.. if you hold a US map upside down, California is on the East Coast..  but then NY would be on West and it doesn't explain anything..  |

Weird prop car (i've not seen any LA NYPD-style film cars with these wheelcovers in films around this time, so I assume it's either a left over from something else (TV or DTV film) or it's a unused prop from some major Hollywood production) |
