 1923 is wrong as they had black radiators by then. This is a pre-1917 model.

 If the plate says 1923 then that's probably what it is - replacing the radiator would be relatively easy.

 IU xxxx was a Limerick series which started in 1903 and completed in 1954. In 1929 it had reached 1734, but no data found for earlier rate of progress.

 I'm still not sold this is a 1923. It looks to have a wood cowl, which no Model T had after 1914, and if this was a 1923, it would have a completely different windshield. There's just too much wrong with it to be an original 1923 car.

It has no bill on the fender tips so 1913 or even early 1914.
