Could be a UK if location is outside Canadian embassy???? The small plaque might be a CD plate or some sort of CDN diplomatic logo. US Victors kept UK features.
Sunbar ◊ 2017-07-31 19:07	Small plate could work as a mounting plate for a USA/Canadian license plate; rather like an inverted T-shape its too small for a UK number plate. I am suspecting its an early example of GM-Vauxhall product placement, as the co-star was American the movie possibly had a North American release.
