 Probably made in Poland (Poznan)?

 I think it is to tell by the VIN only. Though in Poland a lot of special versions (like police cars) are made, but then, there are also many external conversions made around Europe...

PS. IMO in present times it is "Transporter Kombi" everywhere, not just "Kombi". By "present times" I mean the T4-T6 era.
