A little late to the party, but: Yes, various Wienermobiles and various manufacturers. This one was designed and built in a small series of six units by industrial designer Brooks Stevens of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Brooks Stevens from Milwaukee? Yes, it's the man who founded SS Automobiles Inc. with his sons in 1964 and started producing 'Neo Classic' roadsters, named Excalibur. The company was later renamed 'Excalibur Automobiles Corporation'. |
