Seems to be a 1953 version with the oval rear lights introduced October 1952. Since October 1953 the rear window was oval. Btw. why is the car classed as a Coupé?

A mistake I guess, I often reclass some Typ 1 from Coupé/Hatchback to Sedan ;) Like for the Typ 3/31, these fastback 2-door sedan are "difficult" to categorize.

DynaMike, the version you mentioned is similar to the first "ovals" ( apart from the split-window ) with the "heart" rear lights and introduced, as you said, in October 1952. I would say this is an older car. Actually, it seems to have the "Pope nose" numberplate light housing and the "banana" overiders. Since it has chrome hubcaps and a chrome strip on the running board, I would say it's a 1949+ Export ( or Deluxe )-Limousine. According to "La Cox - une voiture en or" by Fabien Sabatès and Jacky Morel, Massin Ed., the oval rear window was introduced by the end of March 1953.
