The "Grant Piston Ring Special" entered for Johnnie Parsons in 52 Indy 500, but was too slow in practice and not raced - he switched to a Kurtis Kraft-Offenhauser and finished 11th. This means there is no trace of the car in any of the Indy 500 results pages  but eventually found details at http://www.tamsoldracecarsite.net/IndyFerrari375.html and http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/car/3477/Ferrari-375-Indy.html . Unconfirmed suggestions that the car also appeared in "The Racers" - /movie.php?id=48531 - though we don't have a page for it there; livery uncertain for film use.
