1938 Austin 12 Taxi, according to its registration. I haven't seen this film, and the registration authority is Inverness County Council. Does this seen take place in Scotland? |

1938 plates confirmed. Location does not match Inverness - the centre does not have this style of housing. I'd say it was London though can't rule out Edinburgh or Glasgow as slight possibilities, but it's not Stirling, Aberdeen or Dundee. |

Registration 'ST 9960' also used on Wolseley here /vehicle_162917-Wolseley-18-85-1938.html Therefore its likely to be the same taxi as here /vehicle_432197-Morris-Commercial-G2-Junior-1936.html used again. |
