These chrome plated steel wheels were available much before 1984 (in fact since 1964...). They got rarer as the eighties progressed and the aluminium wheels became more common. The LeSabre was also available with this body and the front end was different. And the picture doesn't show well enough the emblem on the front fender to be sure it's a LeSabre or an Electra.
