Decided to give it a page. Also intrigued by what's behind it - looks as if someone's taken a charabanc body off its chassis and parked it on the pavement ?!?! Or?? |

Yes well spotted - a charabanc it could be a body only but that would normally be parked, off the chassis, in the lorry owner's yard. ...but I think it is a complete vehicle parked alongside the pavement I can just see an extra pair of wheels behind the subject vehicle and the rear overhang can be quite large. -- Last edit: 2016-01-26 21:29:16 |

The subject vehicle from its appearance and given also the location, is almost certainly another charabanc. Only the second filmed in the 1920s when they were popular (rather than restored examples or replicas) both awaiting full identification. -- Last edit: 2016-01-29 12:40:14 |
