 yes, indeed could be Karrier by grille not T-shape of Commer!

 Difficult to see the radiator filler in the grille area but the wheel-size and ride height suggest Karrier Gamecock 3-4 Ton to me. Curved one-piece windscreen so 1959 onwards.
