A clumsy sequence, as the bloke stumbles into the road in the previous sequence so appears to be on the point of being hit head on - so the jump to doing a Luis Suarez-like dive from an elevated block is a bit too obvious. Plate is definitely V524 MCR, but comes from WHITE 1999 RENAULT KANGOO 665 1.9D CAR DERIVED VAN. I'm not a 3 expert, but CHMSL = June 95, and I'm guessing Sept 96+ grille and detail. No fogs, but body colour bumpers, mirrors, and sills (contoured) plus tints should be 318i S?? There was no 320i coupe in UK at this point, and 323i had fogs.
