If you actually watch this movie/scene you see an SRT8 badge in the front grille. so it's not a plain Dodge Challenger. |

Since Roman is standing in front of it and he doesn't drive any of the "pink slip" cars (the ones they win), I'm guessing it's his and is a deleted scene. In the interviews, you see the Yellow/Black Challenger parked with the Porsche, 370z and STi, (the other pink slip cars).
