It looks a bit similar to the Isuzu TXD: http://www.hankstruckpictures.com/pix/trucks/wes_kerney/jan26/1980_isuzu_txd.jpg So, maybe it's a Saehan TXD? At least I know that Saehan/Daewoo Motors manufactured the Isuzu Elf as Saehan/Daewoo Elf.
