I don't recognise the cab with that particular rather basic roof-line but could be Smiths/NCB, Brush or Morrison I believe. |

The Ford and Austin were listed already! |

Close - the Ford is a Consul and it's an A30, both with their own pages. But the Minx has not. |

Is the unknown one of a pair of milk floats? -- Last edit: 2011-10-15 20:43:55 |

I doubt we can id it , think Sunbar has covered the options. I would call this a simple truck myself , if it had a petrol engine it would be 1 ton flatbed , what is the definition of 'ground conveyor' ? -- Last edit: 2014-10-25 21:45:56 |

An electric milk float - similar in appearance to these Morrison-Electricar floats I believe. /vehicle_326272-Morrison-Electricar-D1.html /vehicle_254219-Morrison-Electricar-D1.html ![]() The other looks to me like possibly a horse-drawn milk float, spoked wheels with tyres, and shafts folded up I think. edit: in fact the horse-drawn milk float is exactly as the Express Dairy one seen here (listing for The Belles of St.Trinian's, Movie, 1954). ![]() I don't know that its worth keeping the electric milk float as its not really well visible. -- Last edit: 2014-10-24 17:24:17 |

We may have long survived without a doorstep delivery, but nonetheless appreciate every database milk float we can get. Intrigued by the rear float on the Bedford even if I fail to see a resemblance with the horse-drawn St. Trinian's vehicle. |
