The first thing that popped in my mind was the Buick from Kojak but then I noticed it doesn't have the body line that runs down the front door so I think that Ddey65 might be right on the whole Malibu Classic thing. |

Ddey65 is correct. Except that the first year for the Malibu Classic was 1974. |

you have to remember, from the 40s up until the 90s, when gm designed a car they had a chevy, buick, pontiac, and oldsmobile version of the exact same car just with a different grille. |

That's MUCH too blanket a statement. Often Chevy and Pontiac shared bodies, but Buick and Olds usually had different ones, at least until the '70's. Even then, all models were not interchangeable. |
