In my link above there's some of the dierctor goes in a video he also says it's not a real 5-Series BMW, not sure but I think he said it was a 3-Series BMW, check out my link above for more info on this car!

You should listen intently. He says: ...it's not real M5, it's 540i with 6 speed transmission... As you know both of them are 5-series, the M5 is expensive sport version, so 540i tuned up (externally) to M5.
