One has the wiper nozzle on the base of the windscreen and the other has the washer nozzle on the wiper arm. Leaving as 1999 since a few were used. New evidence puts the main at late 2000 because the washer nozzle was relocated to the windscreen. Early Smart Cabrio/City-Coupé have the washer nozzle located on the stalk of the wiper arm.
