Gf 1531 should be a Rolls-Royce, the smaller 20/25 in almost 4000 examples between 1929 and 1936. The body is so angular that it hardly can be from the late 30s. But if you mean the nearest red car at the left, with spare tire I would say Morris Minor Or it's arch-rival Austin Seven. But that red colour is so typical of Sir Nuffield.
