There's something about these cars. I never have seen one in the flesh and don't know if they sold very well but (in pictures at least) they are handsome. Weren't there Caprice and de Ville models as well? |

The HQ Statesman came in Custom (base model) and Deville (higher spec). Later models were sold as Deville and Caprice |

In the film, this car sounds fantastic! It has a pretty hot V8 (308?) that sounds like it breathes very well! Anyone know for sure what engine it has? Gory details are welcomed :-) |

Probably owned by one of the earlier victims that Mick killed, because in his hideout, there were a number of driver's licenses (probably of his earlier victims) from various states across Australia and the all over world pin up to the wall. Also there in his hideout were a number of vehicles (again probably owned by his earlier victims) parked in his garage at his hideout. -- Last edit: 2017-05-18 18:09:42 |

"Statesman DeVille", as the rare base model Statesman Custom didn't have the chrome trimmed B pillar, the black inserts in the rear bumper, nor the crest on the C pillar. -- Last edit: 2020-05-27 03:21:53 |
