I posted those smileys because I don't really agree too much with Snookie, as far as his assumption of what year or what agency these cars were, or of his statement about the blue California license plate. I already told him once before that many cars, even police cars, still continued to use that type of license plate even after 1982. I don't know, maybe it's because I'm the type of guy that doesn't make assumptions or guesses too much, it's just in my line of work that discourages that.
